Role Purpose: 

The National Sales and Marketing Manager is to lead the sales and marketing activities throughout our offices in AUSTRALIA (Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane) and our offices in LATAM (Colombia, Mexico and Chile) in order to promote the company's migration and education services and enhance business growth.

The role requires excellent Spanish verbal and written as well as English.  

Key Accountabilities: 

• Create and implement an annual marketing plan in line with the Company`s overall

Strategy and Objective.

● Lead various marketing campaigns in offices throughout Australia and LATAM to

promote services of the company.

● Identify potential markets for future growth potential.

● Keep abreast of Australia education policy changes and the market trend of the business

services.

● Set Monthly sales targets for the sales teams to maximise business opportunities and

support promotion of the business.

● Supervise sales team in all offices to maximise company sales and meet monthly targets.

● Mentor and train sales consultants

● Ensure KPIs are met for all offices and Sales teams

● Build and enhance relationships with stakeholders (including education providers in

Australia) through delivery or high standard customer services.

● Plan, administer, implement and monitor the annual marketing budget for the business.
