We are looking for Lead Educators who have high levels of motivation, years of experience, a positive attitude, confidence, commitment, and reliability.

• An educator with strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to complete written documentation
• collaborate with educators and provide curriculum direction and guidance. 
• support educators to effectively implement the cycle of planning to enhance programs and practices. 
• lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program in the service.

Qualification & experience

We require the following qualifications to be held by our team members:

• Certificate III and Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care with 12 months of work experience related to the position.
• Current Blue Card or Exemption Card
• Current First Aid and CPR – desirable
