As a child care worker you will be responsible for the safety of all children in you care whilst ensuring constant compliance with regulatory requeriments such as but not limited to ratios, active supervision and providing a high standard of programming.

To work alongside and support the teaching staff of service,to always adhere to the Education and Care Services National Law, child protection regulations as well as the polices, goals and philosophy of the service. To uphold the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standard as per the services Philosophy goals, polices and procedures.

Create a warm, welcoming, and secure environment for children Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities Observe and monitor children's growth, behavior, and development Collaborate with colleagues to plan and evaluate curriculum Foster positive relationships with children, families, and staff Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies Maintain accurate documentation and records

Requirements:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Working towards Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) 

ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teacher

Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

Ability to work effectively in a team environment 

Positive attitude and genuine passion for working with children
