About the Role:

As the Roofing Supervisor, you’ll oversee crews on both residential and commercial sites. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Duties Will Include:

• Supervising and coordinating roofing teams

• Reading and interpreting plans

• Quality control and compliance with safety standards

• Liaising with builders, clients, and suppliers

• Ensuring jobs are completed to a high standard and on schedule

What You Need:

• Proven experience in metal roofing (5+ years preferred)

• Supervisory or leadership experience

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Own tools and PPE

• White Card

• Working at Heights (current)

• Driver’s licence (manual preferred)

• EWP Over 11M
