About The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with basic mechanical skills or trade experience who is keen to build a rewarding career in the installation, maintenance, and repair of roller shutters and outdoor blinds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installations: Installation of new manual and motorised roller shutter and outdoor blind systems for residential and commercial projects.

• Fault Diagnosis and Repairs: Identify and repair minor faults under the guidance of experienced technicians.

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly and professional customer service.

• Site Cleanliness and Presentation: Ensure the worksite is left clean and tidy at the end of each job, maintaining a standard that is better than when work commenced.

Essential Requirements:

• Basic mechanical aptitude or previous hands-on experience in a trade-related field (e.g., construction, electrical, mechanical, or similar).

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and develop new skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• A valid class C driver’s licence.

• Ability and confidence to work at heights and in confined spaces when required.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks.

Desirable Qualifications:

• White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain.

• Working at Heights Certification or willingness to obtain.

• First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

• Any prior experience in roller shutter and outdoor blinds installation, repair, or related trades.

• Company vehicle and tools may be provided where applicable.
