Factory & Facilities Cleaner

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Factory & Facilities Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and organisation of our facility in Villawood. This role is essential in ensuring a safe and clean working environment for our team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and take pride in keeping the factory, warehouse, and office areas in excellent condition. Day-to-day, the role will entail:

• Maintain cleanliness of factory, warehouse, offices, and outdoor areas.
• Perform floor cleaning, rubbish collection, and general tidying duties within our busy production halls.
• Restock communal supplies such as coffee, tea, and hygiene essentials.
• Handle minor gardening and outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Support general cleaning duties in lunchrooms, locker rooms, and restrooms.

The hours for this position are 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Thursday, and 6am to 12pm on Fridays.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual who takes initiative and works well independently. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a cleaning, facilities, or similar role (preferred but not essential)
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
• Physical fitness
