Building Property Inspector (PAS)

We're seeking a dedicated Property Inspector to join our Sydney-based team. In this role, you'll support our Community Housing Provider (CHP) customers by assessing properties in alignment with the Homes NSW (LAHC) Asset Management Framework. We prioritise data quality to ensure the best possible outcomes for both our customers and their tenants.

If you have a Diploma or Certificate in Building and Construction or a Tradesperson Licence (desirable), coupled with Homes NSW (LAHC) PAS experience and/or certification (highly desirable) and at least 5 years of experience in the building industry (highly desirable), we want to hear from you!
