What your day-to-day could look like
As a member of the Service and Maintenance Team and reporting to the Service Manager, key responsibilities of the role will include;
Coordinate and supervise daily activities of plumbers and apprentices, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of service, maintenance, and water treatment work.
Support scheduling and resource allocation, making sure the right teams are assigned to the right jobs while managing workload and timelines effectively.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Assist with preparing quotes and tender submissions, including gathering job details, estimating labour and material costs, and collaborating with management on pricing.
Monitor work quality and compliance, ensuring that all plumbing services meet industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.

What we are looking for?

You will possess the following experience, skills and qualifications:
A current Western Australian Plumbers and Gas Fitters License;
Current Class C Driver’s License;
Well-developed written and oral communication skills;
Ability to work to specific timelines and constraints;
Intermediate knowledge and experience with the Microsoft suite, Aroflo Job Management Software is desired;
Negotiation and interpersonal skills;
Professional telephone manner; and
Knowledge of quality assurance processes as they relate to Maintenance Plumbing.
