UrbanOps is a dynamic property renovation company servicing Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, and the Hunter region. We specialise in internal and external painting, bathroom and laundry renovations, and general property upgrades across both residential and commercial sectors.

We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Painter to join our friendly and hardworking team.

Whether you're just starting out or already partway through your apprenticeship, we want to hear from you.

We’re open to:

• Candidates looking to begin a painting apprenticeship

• Existing 1st–4th year apprentices seeking a new team and supportive environment to complete their trade

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine interest in painting and the trade industry

• A current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle (required)

• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

• Willingness to learn and follow direction

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• White Card (or willingness to obtain one)
