Experience 

Our position is for a qualified Mercedes-Benz Technician or Europoean manufacturerturer technician. The applicant must have at least 5 years technical experience on European passenger Cars. The applicant must be able to work unsupervised on European cars using all the latest equipment incl Xentry Diagnosis Pad 2, WIS, TIPS, ASRA, Webparts etc. The applicant must have in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with a range of European vehicle brands, and demonstrate proficiency in the use of manufacturer-specific diagnostic tools and scan equipment.

 

Lifestyle Position

Malvern Auto Services is seeking the services of a fully qualified Motor Mechanic.

Our position is a lifestyle position we can tailor make the hours to your requirements.

Currently offering 38 hours per week to be completed in 4 days per week (7.30am to 5.30pm) - or a regular 5 day week. This offering is subject to the skill level you hold and if it aligns with what we require.

 

About us
Malvern Auto Services is a family run Bosch workshop centrally located in Malvern. We are looking for a competent, qualified, senior mechanic to join our team.

Our workshop has 9 employees, Friendly and peaceful environment. We work with mainly late model cars including European.

This unique position in a bright and fresh shop with 5 x new Nussbaum inground scissor lifts and 2 x new Rotary 2 posters. Fully equipped with all special tools for Mercedes-Benz and also most makes and models and commitment to keep purchasing tools for future models.

Our work mix consists of service work and light to medium repair works - we don't pull engines and gearboxes out and we sublet most heavy or difficult jobs to specialist repairers or dealers. We want our staff to have an enjoyable experience working with us - we don't want to overload you physically or mentally.
 

Requirements / Qualifications & experience

• Qualified Motor Mechanic

• 5+ years experience

• Has own tools

• Victorian Drivers licence

• Excellent English reading and writing skills and be computer literate

Must be able to work unsupervised on Mercedes-Benz, as well as being competent on all other makes and models. We are a very well equipped workshop with multiple scan tools incl Star Diagnosis, VAG, Autologic Premium, GScan and Autel and access to technical documentation for all makes and models.
