Fire System Technician Apprenticeship - CAIRNS

We have an Apprenticeship available for a Fire System Technician in Cairns. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start or continue your career in a growing industry, working with an experienced and supportive host employer.

No prior experience is necessary – what we’re looking for is someone with a genuine interest in fire protection systems, a positive attitude, and the willingness to learn and develop their skills on the job.

Candidates we are looking for must;

• Have a current driver's licence and reliable transport

• Have a genuine interest in fire protection systems (sprinklers, hydrants, hose reels, alarms, etc.)

• Be physically fit and capable of manual work, including working at heights and in tight spaces

• Be motivated, dependable, and able to take instructions and learn on the job

• Be available for full-time work (38+ hours per week)

• White Card is desirable (or willingness to obtain)

• Demonstrate cultural awareness and sensitivity
