If you’re a strong leader with operational expertise, we want you on our team! We are expanding in Australia and are looking for a Branch Manager to oversee site operations, lead a team, and ensure customer satisfaction.

 

About the Role

As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and customer service at your assigned IAA branch. You will lead a team to ensure efficient processing of salvage vehicles, foster a safety-first culture, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring efficiency in asset processing, storage, and sale preparation.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report on KPIs, SLAs, and safety performance, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Maintain high customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and timely service delivery.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure all safety regulations are met, conducting regular audits and training programs.
  • Catastrophe Management: Implement response plans for high-volume events, ensuring business continuity.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of operational or team management experience, preferably in the automotive, auction, or salvage industries.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of operational KPIs and performance management.
  • Technical knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Driver’s licence required – travel between sites may be necessary.
  • Certifications in OHS, Workplace Safety, or Forklift Operations are a plus!
