CIvil Labourer

We’re seeking experienced and reliable Civil Labourers to join our clients team – a respected name in the delivery of road infrastructure projects across South East Queensland. They have an awesome team culture and are looking for people who can bring some good energy.

The team has a depot in North Tivoli or in Brisbane and work spans from all over Brisbane to Ipswich.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assisting with asphalt and spray seal road construction
• Operating machinery such as rollers, moxy trucks, and skid steers (if ticketed)
• Manual labour including shovelling, raking, sweeping, and site clean-up
• Supporting profiling and pothole/patch repair works
• Helping with drainage works, crack sealing, and surface preparation
• Working within a team to deliver quality civil projects safely and efficiently

Requirements:

• White Card (Construction Induction)
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Own reliable transport
• Relevant RII Tickets (e.g. Roller, Moxy, Skid Steer)
• Proven experience in civil road construction or asphalt crews
• Strong work ethic and reliability
