Do you have extensive printing decoration and changeover experience the on a monoblock canning line?  We are seeking an experienced Dry Offset Printer with aerosol monoblock experience e to support and assist the manufacturing teams within this well-established aerosols metal can packaging business based in Taree, New South Wales, Australia. 

This exciting role provides real potential where you will join the business with clear development of your career in sight. 

Reporting to the shift Team Leader, this role will see you responsible for operating, setting and adjusting the print area of the monobloc factory, troubleshoot print issues, ensuring changeovers are carried out in a continuous flow industrial manufacturing environment, whilst supporting a continuous improvement culture.

Our ideal candidate will possess: 

• 2 Years printing experience in a aerosol monobloc industry on Hinterkopf, PSG and Polytype printers, or similar.
• Prepared to work in a shift work roster pattern inclusive of weekends.
• Printing trade qualification would be advantageous
• Strong mechanical & critical thinking aptitude
• Ability to trouble shoot production issues
• High level of computer literacy
• Methodical, structured approach to decision making 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of energy and determination
