Service Assistant (Power Tools)

The Role

Reporting to the Service Centre Supervisor NSW you will be primarily responsible for providing day-to-day administration and workshop assistance to the team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensure prompt service for counter inquiries and/or repairs.

• Assisting in reworking of tools.

• Booking tools into our job system and dispatch of repaired tools.

• Calling stores when repairs are completed or for repair quotes.

• Cleaning/ preparing parts for tool assembly.

• Serving counter customers. 

• Assisting with general tech inquiries

What we need from you:

• Experience gained from working in a similar environment

• Excellent customer service skills with an ability to prioritise customer needs

• Competent use of MS Office such as Word, Excel and Outlook

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills

• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
