CABINET VISION Support Technician

Planit are seeking a tech-savvy and customer focused CABINET VISION Support Technician to join our professional staff on a full-time basis at our head office in Sutherland. You will play a vital part in supporting our clients and helping them achieve success!

 

Duties & responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to clients using CABINET VISION, ensuring minimal downtime with their software systems
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise, escalating urgent issues and sharing solutions with the team
• Keep a detailed log of helpdesk interactions to maintain documentation of historical problems and their resolutions
• Develop a thorough understanding of CABINET VISION and its installation processes, both standalone and networked
• Train customers in the use of the software to meet their specific needs and disruption to their production
• Participate in beta testing and regularly update internal support processes to strive for continuous improvement and enhancement

 

Experience & attributes:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience using CABINET VISION in a professional setting
• Strong background in the joinery and cabinetmaking industry
• Advanced or intermediate computer skills and proficiency CABINET VISION
• Excellent self-motivation and organisational skills
• An empathetic and customer-focused approach to customer communication
• The Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Passion from problem-solving and delivering exceptional service
