Bayside Residential Construction is on the lookout for skilled carpenters to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Elwood, VIC, you’ll play a key role in the construction of high-quality, architecturally designed residential renovations.

What You’ll Do:

• Interpret architectural plans and technical drawings to execute precise carpentry work.
• Perform formwork, structural framing, and finishing tasks to the highest standard.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

• A formal Carpentry qualification and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in residential construction.
• Strong expertise in carpentry, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to read and interpret technical plans.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and modern construction techniques.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a professional approach to your work.
