Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of motorcycle service and repair operations.
• Manage a team of skilled technicians and ensure top-quality workmanship.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, from scheduling service appointments to coordinating repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the shop.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or issues promptly.
• Manage factory campaigns and track service performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Service Management with motorcycle repair a bonus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• A passion for motorcycles and the motorcycle industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
