About the Opportunity
- Leading e-commerce and digital commerce growth across Australia, with expansion potential across the region.
- Driving online sales and revenue growth across our own webstores, third-party marketplaces, and retail partners.
- Owning the digital & CRM strategy, ensuring best-in-class online visibility, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Working closely with the global marketing and US e-commerce teams to align strategies and share insights.
- Managing SEM, SEO, display, email marketing, and social media to drive performance.
- Overseeing digital trade marketing, helping retail partners enhance their digital presence and sales impact.
- Managing agency relationships, optimising website experience, and leading digital transformation efforts.
- Owning the budget, revenue, and EBITDA for the e-commerce channel.
What You Bring to the Team

Proven digital expertise: 5-8+ years in e-commerce and performance marketing, ideally in retail or premium consumer products.

Marketplace & trade marketing know-how: Experience growing brand presence and sales on platforms like Amazon and supporting retailer digital strategies.

CRM & automation experience: From strategy to execution, ensuring seamless customer engagement.

Hands-on technical knowledge: Experience with SEM tools (Google Ads, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.), Google Analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Strong analytical mindset: A focus on performance metrics, growth strategies, and conversion optimisation.
