Amrick Electrical has secured work assisting multiple clients on commercial construction projects, kicking off immediately.  As we continue to grow, we require skilled Electricians and eager Apprentices to join our dynamic team. We are currently looking for dedicated and experienced staff to help our clients best deliver these projects across all areas of Melbourne metro.

Your new role with Amrick Electrical will give you the opportunity to work across a range of projects including large scale; fit-out, school builds, hospital/aged-care redevelopments and distribution centre new builds.

Roles Available:

Electricians
Responsibilities:

• Installation of electrical systems on commercial construction sites
• Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications
• Ensure all electrical work is carried out safely and in compliance with Australian standards and regulations
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and issues
• Work closely with other trades and site supervisors to ensure project targets are met
• A valid electrical license (A Grade)
• Proven experience in commercial construction electrical work
• Strong understanding of Australian electrical codes and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Driver's license and own transport (preferred)

 

Electrical Apprentices
Responsibilities:

• Assist with installation of electrical systems on commercial construction sites
• Learn and apply electrical theory and practical skills on commercial construction sites
• Work safely and efficiently under the guidance of experienced electricians
• Participate in on-the-job training and attend TAFE 
• Adhere to site safety protocols and company policies
• Must be enrolled in or willing to start an electrical apprenticeship program
• Good work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
• White card (construction industry induction card)
• Driver's license and own transport (preferred)
