About the Role

As a Trade Assistant, you’ll work closely with our technicians to:

• Replacing parts and hardware for sliding doors and windows.
• Diagnose and fix issues to ensure smooth operation.
• Provide excellent customer service while on-site.
• Maintain tools and equipment.

What We’re Looking For

• Basic trade skills and experience using hand tools (prior experience with sliding doors/windows is a bonus!).
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• A valid driver’s license (essential).
• Physical fitness – you’ll be lifting and moving doors.
• Man in a van mobile service experience in any industry
