About the role

Join the team at Jim's Mowing Bundaberg City as a Gardener. This is a casual role that will see you working in the beautiful Bundaberg and coast area. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the natural landscapes and gardens of our residential and commercial clients.

What you'll be doing

• Mowing, edging and whipper-snippering lawns to maintain a neat and tidy appearance
• Pruning and trimming shrubs, hedges and trees to shape and control growth
• Planting, mulching and fertilising gardens to promote plant health and growth
• Clearing gutters, pathways and other areas of debris and rubbish
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to client requests
• Completing garden maintenance tasks in a safe and efficient manner

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a gardening or landscaping role
• Knowledge of common garden plants, their care and maintenance
• Ability to operate a range of gardening equipment and tools safely
• Good physical fitness and stamina to work outdoors for extended periods
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team
