About the Role

We are recruiting a Storeperson / General Hand to take responsibility aspects of the Bandsaw manufacturing process, and help process the day-to-day operational requirements of the warehouse. 

The main duties include:

• Forklift driving
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Manual lifting involved
• Stock handling / Stock take
• Bandsaw Operations, operating the machinery required to cut and weld to finish product
• Standard warehousing processors such as; pick slip, dispatch and invoice)
• General warehouse housekeeping.
• Tradeshow preparation

To be considered for this position, you will possess the following:

• Previous warehousing experience
• Ability to work in a hands-on role
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, energetic and proactive
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Sound level of Computer literacy including previous use of Microsoft Office 
• Forklift licence is essential – at least 1-2 years’ experience
• Current driver's licence.
