Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Concreters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete work, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. As a Concreter, you will be responsible for constructing and finishing concrete structures, ensuring they meet both structural and aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and set up concrete forms, ensuring they are level and securely anchored.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete according to specifications.
• Finish concrete surfaces using various tools and techniques, including trowels, floats, and brushes.
• Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to execute projects accurately.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure that concrete structures meet industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure timely project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the concrete pouring and finishing process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a concreter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
