We are currently looking for new or experienced Traffic Controllers between Sale and Lakes Entrance, to join our team based out of Bairnsdale. We welcome those that are new to traffic control work, but are eager and keen to learn.

Working with our team of Traffic Controllers, you will be responsible for keeping the public safe, for jobs such as ;

  • Roadworks/Construction
  • Maintenance operations
  • Public events
  • Emergency call outs

To be successful for these positions you should have the following;

  • Drivers Licence (MR & HR for Truck Mounted Attenuator work)
  • White Card
  • Reliable transport (to and from the Depot)
  • Current Traffic control tickets (Tickets issued before the 1st of March 2024)
            - Control traffic with stop-slow bat (RIIWWHS205E) 
            - Implement traffic management plans(RIIWWHS302E)

Category 1, 2 and 3 tickets (Tickets issued after the 1st of March 2024)

These are ongoing casual positions from our depot in Bairnsdale.

There is plenty of ongoing work for team members that are competent, conscientious, and reliable. 

This can be a physically demanding job. Our team members need to be able to stand for long periods of time in different weather conditions, and lift heavy objects. 

We use a smart phone app to book our jobs and record job details, so you will need to be able to effectively use a smart phone.  

Preference will be given to candidates living in the East Gippsland Area.

To be successful candidates, you will be required to attend an assessment and aptitude testing session, prior to commencement. This is expected to take approx. 2-4 hours. Only candidates who successfully complete the testing will be considered.  ( If you do not hold a current Traffic Management Ticket, White Card and Drivers License, you will not be considered for Employment)
