About the role

We are seeking an experienced Wheel Alignment Technician / Tyre Fitter to join our team at the Millard Tyre Centre in Tweed Heads South, NSW. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for performing wheel alignments and tyre fitting services to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

• Performing wheel alignments on all types of vehicles in including but no limited to Passenger Vehicles, 4x4, Light Truck and Performances Vehicle.
• Fitting and balancing tyres for a range of vehicles
• Diagnosing and rectifying issues with wheel alignment and suspension
• Providing excellent customer service and advice
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
• Adhering to all workshop safety protocols

What we're looking for

• Relevant qualifications in automotive wheel alignment or tyre fitting
• Experience working as a wheel alignment technician or tyre fitter in a workshop environment
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
• Punctuality, Reliability, Teamwork and Good communication skills are essential.
