Technical Support Specialist (Automotive)

ZF Services Australia is responsible for both Original Equipment Sales as well as servicing the Aftermarket through Technical Support, Part Sales and Remanufacturing. 

ZF Services Australia, based in Sydney's West is looking for an energetic, self motivated person with a high level of technical competency to join out Technical Service Team. Having strong knowledge and experience with truck / trailer braking systems will be highly regarded.    

The Role

To provide customers (both internal & external) with a high level of technical support within ZF Services Australia region of responsibility for all products. This includes technical support for internal customers, OEM’s, fleet operators, service partners and key customers. Technical support includes but is not limited to the provision of diagnostic and repair information, direct field support, warranty adjudication, technical report writing and the delivery of technical training.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
Recognised engineering or automotive apprenticeship or higher, with modern truck and trailer brake systems experience. 

Demonstrated competency to deliver class room based theoretical and workshop practical training.

Minimum 3 years post apprenticeship.
