Industrial Concrete Finisher

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Concrete Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finishing industrial concrete slabs, with expertise in operating walk-behind and ride-on trowel machines. Attention to detail, ability to perform prep work, and a commitment to high-quality results are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Concrete Finishing: Finish industrial concrete slabs to the highest standards using walk-behind and ride-on trowel machines.
• Concrete Placement: Assist in placing concrete in forms, ensuring proper compaction, and smooth finishes.
• Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces for finishing, including leveling and smoothing the concrete before the finishing process.
• Quality Control: Maintain a high attention to detail to ensure smooth, level, and durable concrete surfaces, adhering to project specifications.
• Machine Operation: Operate trowel machines safely and efficiently, adjusting settings to achieve the desired finish.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as a concrete finisher, specifically with walk-behind and ride-on trowel machines.
• Skills:
  • Expertise in placing and finishing industrial concrete slabs.
  • Ability to perform concrete surface prep work with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in machine operation and adjusting settings for optimal results.
