Service Advisor

Edge Marine is the Suzuki Marine and Stacer authorised sales and service dealer for the Cairns region, with large modern workshop facility, we also have a mobile service which services a large range of Far North Queensland

We also do repairs and services on a range of outboard motors including providing services for Mercury, Tohatsu, Yamaha and Honda.

We are looking for our next valued team member in the role of Service Advisor. With a healthy social club and great staff culture, this is a opportunity for the right person to be an envaluable role in this local business 

This is a full time role with immediate start available, Monday to Friday hours to be discussed with applicant

The daily functions of the role include, but are not limited to; 

• Meeting and greeting service customers
• Liaising with customers re repair times and costs
• Preparing repair orders and invoices
• Taking service bookings and enquiry’s
• keeping job scheduler up to date 
• Liasing with workshop staff on job progression 
• Manufactures warranty claims 

The ideal candidate should possess the following;

• Experience in Service Advising preferred but not necessary - full training provided (Mechanical experience would be helpfull)
• Customer service experience
• The ability to work in a team environment
