About the role:

Eagers Automotive are looking for a highly talented Service Manager that are looking to take the lead and develop our Service Department as a Fixed Operations Manager at our Subaru and VW dealerships in Wangara.

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, this role will be responsible for providing the best possible service to customers while simultaneously maintaining an efficient and profitable operation of two service departments. This will include booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations.

Duties include:

• Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding experience.
• Efficient and profitable operation of both service departments.
• Building relationships with all key stake holders of the business.
• Ensuring a safe work environment exists and is maintained following best practices.
• Ultimately satisfying all customers while maintaining department profitability.
