About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Blaster/Painter to join our team at Taylors engineering & Welding Services. You will be responsible for preparing and painting various surfaces, ensuring the highest quality standards and safety practices are upheld. Your duties will include:

• Operating and maintaining abrasive blasting equipment.
• Surface preparation and treatment to ensure coatings adhere effectively.
• Applying various protective coatings, including epoxies, urethanes, and other paint systems.
• Comply with all safety, environment and quality requirements and contribute to a safe work environment.

To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience as a Blaster/Painter in an industrial setting.
• Knowledge of different surface preparation and coating techniques.
• Ability to work safely and follow all safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Willingness to work in physically demanding environments.
• Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
