Trainee - Bobcat Operator and Truck Driver

THE POSITION

We are looking for a trainee Bobcat Operator / Truck driver to join our team in Maddington. No experience required as we will provide full on the job training. The position will initially be with one of our experienced and long term employees with the vision of having the right candidate become fully trained and able to complete jobs on their own. 

This role could suit a brick paver or landscaper who is wanting to get off the tools. 

The role, once training has been completed, will include meeting client requirements for site cleaning, slab preparation and driveway box outs. You will be responsible for loading, removing and disposal of waste and other material from residential properties. 

As the successful candidate you will posses the following:

• Driver's licence - HR open 
• Strong work ethic
• High attention to detail
• The ability to work within a team, take direction from others and self-motivate
• Proven ability to problem solve and have effective time management skills
• Be able to deal with people at all levels with strong communication skills
