We are seeking skilled cabinetmakers and factory labourers/assemblers to join our thriving commercial joinery shop. 

Job description:  Cabinetmaker

The ideal candidates will have a strong background in commercial cabinetry, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work part of a team.

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble cabinetry and joinery products according to specifications and design plans.
• Measure, cut and adjust materials as needed.
• Ensure precise alignment, fitting and finishing of cabinetry
• Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.  

About you:

• Proven experience in joinery or cabinetry
• Sound knowledge of woodworking techniques and materials
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Show problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, attitude and willing to learn.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.   
• ideally construction white card but we will supply for the right candidate

 

• Forklift licence would be an advantage
• Storeman experience would be an advantage
• Warehouse or receiving and dispatch experience would be an advantage
• Show problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, attitude and willing to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.   
• Ideally construction white card but we will supply for the right candidate
