MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO.

 

  • Coordinate and carry out all office administration including reception, mail, couriers, greeting clients, answering phones ect.
  • General cleaning of shop front on a weekly basis.
  • Rasing of purchases order, invoices and general accounting in Xero.
  • Management of data input for leave ect.
  • Assisting with new starters.
  • General administration.
  • Stock taking and reordering on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure office operations are well-maintained, organised, and secure.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

To be considered for the role, you must have:

 

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Experience in Xero accounting or willingness to learn.
  • High level of work standards.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong coordination and time management skills.
  • Have an adaptable and drive attitude.

 

 

PERFORMANCE GOALS:  

 

  • Complete administration tasks on time.
  • Ensure office & shop is always clean and presentable.
  • Deal with clients, suppliers and other employees professionally at all times.
