Abrasive Blaster / Industrial Coatings Applicator 

Based in Narangba on Brisbane's Northside, QLD Blasting & Coatings are seeking an Industial Abrasive Blaster to join our great team. 

Applicants must have previous Abrasive Blasting experience and be able to Blast to the relevant specifications required for each task. The successful applicant will be operating our Blast Chamber daily Monday - Friday, with overtime opportunities most days.

Although you will be predominantly base at Narangba, you will be required from time to time do carryout onsite Blasting with our team.

 

Do you have experience working with Steel Grit, Garnet & Crushed Glass Abrasives?

 

Position Duties 

• Preparing Jobs & Blast Taping 
• Abrasive Blasting to relevant task specifications 
• Loading & unloading Blast Chamber 
• Maintaining Blast Chamber equipment (maintenance)
• Communicating with Coatings Supervisor and Management team

 

Position Qualifications 

• Forklift License 
• White Card 
• Working at Heights
• Confined Space
