Your Mission

Reporting to the Dealer Principal, you'll be the driving force behind our GWM and Mahindra team. Your mission? To provide exceptional customer experiences, guidance, and direct support throughout the customer purchase journey.

 

Your Responsibilities

• Take the wheel and steer the GWM & Mahindra Sales Department, leading by example and engaging with our valued customers during the sales process.
• Create a vibrant, welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for both team members and customers alike.
• Establish the pinnacle of excellence in training, development, and motivation within the Sales Department. This involves sharing your mastery of exceptional customer interaction techniques with your sales team.
• Ensure everyone on the team is well-versed in dealership policies and procedures.
• Take direct responsibility for achieving the Retail Sales Team's volume and profit goals.
• Exhibit your leadership prowess through exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and stellar people management.
• Collaborate closely with the Dealer Principal to drive, monitor, and measure the effectiveness of all department employees, conducting regular formal appraisals.
• Elevate our customer experience to industry-leading levels.
