Grolife Landscape Management is Queensland’s fastest-growing landscape construction and maintenance company. Established in 2016, Grolife has grown to a workforce of over 45 staff. Grolife Specialises in premium garden and landscape maintenance for a wide range of commercial, industrial and retail centres.

THE POSITIONS

Grolife has been awarded new contracts which require us to expand our teams on the North, South, East, West and Brisbane Cbd

THESE TEAM LEADER POSITIONS DO REQUIRE PRIOR EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in landscape maintenance (required)

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a leading hand/team leader role

  • White Card (Required)

  • Cert in Horticulture (preferred but not required)

  • Ability to set and achieve own goals and work by yourself

  • Well presented

  • Manual driver’s license (Required)

  • ACDC license (Preferred or willing to upskill)

  • Current First Aid (preferred but not required)

 

APPRENTICE/TRAINEE OFFSIDER POSITIONS

The Roles will include the following -

  • Working as part of a 2 person team

  • Positions available on North, South, East, Westside and Cbd .Helping build our highly regarded Grolife brand within quality work and presentation

  • General Landscape garden maintenance of lawns, hedges, trees and weed control

  • Basic irrigation maintenance, testing, and repairs

  • Application of herbicides and pesticides

  • Operation of company vehicles and equipment

  • Work together to achieve timelines and standards

  • Effective communication with management and team mates

  • Proactively identifying, reporting and solving issues
