About the Role
Innerbloom Landscapes is seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Gardener to join our growing team. The role involves hands-on landscape construction and maintenance work across a range of residential and commercial projects in Melbourne. The successful candidate will take ownership of site work while also leading small teams on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and implement landscaping plans and site drawings

• Construct and maintain gardens, turf, planting, retaining walls, paving, and irrigation systems

• Operate machinery such as excavators, trenchers, and compactors

• Maintain OH&S compliance and high standards of site safety

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Manage project timelines, quality control, and material logistics

• Provide direction and support to apprentices and junior team members

Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years of industry experience in landscaping or a related trade

• Trade qualification in landscaping, construction, tiling or similar (Cert III preferred)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to read site plans and work independently

• Experience operating landscaping machinery

• Bonus skills:

• Ability to document finished work through photography for portfolios or social media

• Strong understanding of how a landscaping business operates and willingness to grow with the company.
