What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Sales Manager role, within the automotive industry

  • A QLD Vehicle Sales License (mandatory)

  • Strong leadership and team development skills

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

  • Confident in managing online customer interactions and leads

  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with high energy and integrity

  • Ability to manage high-volume sales operations

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Reporting to the General Manager

  • Leading and supporting a diverse sales team

  • Driving customer satisfaction and retention

  • Managing leads across online and digital platforms

  • Collaborating with key stakeholders across the dealership

  • Ensuring dealership targets and KPIs are met

  • Delivering tailored service solutions to our regional customer base

Role Details

  • Location: Townsville, QLD

  • Work Hours:

    • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:30pm

    • Saturday: 8:00am – 1:00pm

  • Position Type: Full-Time

  • Remuneration: Base + Commission (OTE) + Drive Car
