Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist / Precision Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for creating beautiful, personalized hairstyles while offering an exceptional and calming experience for our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring that our salon maintains its reputation as a peaceful retreat where clients can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, with an emphasis on relaxation and client comfort.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences, offering expert advice and personalized solutions.
• Create a soothing and enjoyable environment for clients, ensuring their time in the salon is both relaxing and rejuvenating.
• Maintain a clean, organized workplace, contributing to the overall ambiance of the salon.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to offer innovative and modern services. 
$1000 a year of your own choice for outside education. Plus in salon guest artists and regular staff training nights.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, encouraging repeat visits and positive word-of-mouth.
• Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a harmonious and supportive atmosphere.
