Apprentice Plasterer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Plasterer to join our team at Melbourne Metro Plaster. As an Apprentice Plasterer, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of commercial plastering. This is a full-time role based in Melbourne, VIC 3000.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting with the preparation of surfaces for plastering

• Mixing and applying plaster materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces

• Sanding and finishing plastered surfaces to a high standard

• Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment

• Learning and applying industry best practices under the guidance of experienced plasterers

• Completing all required apprenticeship training and coursework

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work

• Good manual dexterity and physical fitness to handle the demands of the role

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely
