About the Role

As a Valen Electrician, you’ll play a key role in the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of advanced energy storage systems. You’ll work across off-grid, hybrid, and grid-tied solutions—making sure systems are built to spec, installed safely, and ready to perform.

What You’ll Do:

• Install, wire, and terminate batteries, inverters, UPS units, breakers, and switchgear

• Build and test 3-phase, single-phase, and low/high-voltage DC systems

• Support system commissioning and basic data/IT integration

• Conduct on-site installations and modifications of power systems

• Complete QA checklists, documentation, and compliance reports

• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and other team members

• Uphold safe work practices aligned with WHS and ISO standards

What You Bring:

• Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician + Contractor Licence

• Proven AC/DC electrical experience, including 3-phase and high-voltage

• Experience with inverters, batteries, and energy storage systems

• Ability to interpret schematics and deliver neat, standardised wiring

• Strong understanding of WHS procedures and safety compliance

• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel
