Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on mostly aluminium and some stainless steel materials.
• Fabricate and weld complex components for a variety of custom projects such as balustrades, gates, fences, and similar to ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
• Work in a modern, machine shop-style environment, contributing to streamlined processes and increased productivity.

To be successful, you will need to:

• Be a fully qualified Boilermaker (Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication).
• Have expert knowledge of TIG welding, with experience mostly aluminum and stainless steel.
• Have strong skills in welding, fabrication, and problem-solving.
• Bring fresh ideas and a proactive mindset. Be someone who brings new perspectives.
  

Hours and pay rate:

Hours: Mon - Thurs 6:15am - 4:45pm, Fri - 6:15am - 12:15pm
Rate: $40 - $45/hr + Super + O/T
