🧭 Your Role

As Branch Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Wongan Hills branch, including:

Leading and developing a high-performing team
Driving sales and customer engagement
Managing financial performance and operational efficiency
Overseeing inventory, assets, and facility maintenance
Ensuring compliance with safety and company standards
Representing Boekeman Machinery in the local community

Lead strategic planning and day-to-day operations
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork
Drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
Manage budgets, KPIs, and financial reporting

👤 About You

Proven leadership experience, ideally in a branch or operations management role
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience in the agricultural industry (desirable)
High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset
Committed to continuous improvement and customer service excellence
