Remedial building & Handyman

The role

We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance & Handyman to join our growing team in Sydney. This is a full-time position, responsible for providing high-quality maintenance and repair services to residential and commercial properties across the city.

What you'll be doing

• Performing a wide range of general building maintenance and repair. 
• leak detection 
• Responding to and resolving maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting regular inspections of properties to identify and address any issues. 
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes and safety regulations
• Providing excellent customer service to building owners, tenants, and strata management 

What we're looking for

• Several years of experience in a building maintenance or handyman role, 
•  skills across a range of trades, including carpentry, window and door repairs, plasterboard, painting, general all round handyman skills. 
• Ability to work independently, or with a team with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skill. 
• A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
