About the Role

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll work closely with the Service Manager and broader service team to provide technical support to Aristocrat customers. You’ll be responsible for on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of gaming equipment. Your goal: diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service that aligns with Aristocrat Technologies Australia's (ATA) service standards.


Key Responsibilities

Customer & Technical Support
  • Manage daily tasks, including preventive maintenance (PM) and break-fix calls.

  • Perform upgrades, modifications, and game changes to gaming equipment at customer venues, including outside of public hours.

  • Install and remove gaming equipment as needed.

  • Investigate and resolve equipment faults, including complex system issues.

  • Deliver prompt and effective repair work.

Preventive Maintenance
  • Conduct routine maintenance in line with contracted service levels and customer expectations.

Reporting & Documentation
  • Accurately record all service activities as per Aristocrat's procedures.

  • Track and return all parts used in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).

  • Use Aristocrat’s reporting tools and ensure real-time updates with 100% accuracy.

  • Respond to reporting and documentation requests from other internal departments.

Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S) & Compliance
  • Follow all company and venue WH&S policies and procedures.

  • Prioritize the safety and wellbeing of employees, contractors, and visitors.

  • Ensure all incidents, near misses, and accidents are properly reported and investigated.

  • Comply with all legislative, regulatory, and company compliance requirements.
