Campaign Pick & Pack Operator

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Pick and Pack Team Member, you will work collaboratively with the team to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of campaign jobs, meeting our Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) objectives. You will take pride in your work, maintain high standards of quality and safety, and contribute to an environment of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack campaign materials according to job tickets and client specifications (5–30 items per job).

• Ensure packing meets Dashing’s high-quality standards and client expectations.

• Maintain accuracy when picking items according to Pick Lists.

• Prepare packaging materials and pallets for outgoing jobs.

• Perform quality control tasks including measuring and counting items with precision.

• Assist with stock handling, receiving, and storage.

• Identify and verify correct items and quantities.

• Maintain cleanliness by emptying bins, cleaning work areas, and removing waste.

• Uphold safety standards and contribute to a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace.

• Follow directions from supervisors and assist in all areas as required.

• Utilize knowledge of fulfillment procedures and methods to ensure operational efficiency.

ABOUT YOU

• Previous experience in campaign pack-outs, ideally with 5–30 items per job.

• Experience with Point-of-Sale (POS) packing, especially within the printing industry, is highly regarded.

• Proven attention to detail and commitment to procedural accuracy.

• Experience in a LEAN or continuous improvement environment is advantageous.

• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.

• A strong work ethic with a can-do, positive attitude.

• Flexibility with working hours to meet business needs.

• Willingness to follow directions and collaborate with the team.
