Renderer Plasterer Apprenticeship

 🔧 About the Role:

We’re looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our team as a Renderer Apprentice. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, learning how to apply different rendering techniques on various surfaces, including internal and external walls.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain valuable experience in:

• Preparing surfaces for rendering

• Applying traditional and modern render finishes

• Mixing materials and using specialist tools

• Working safely on construction sites

• Plastering and rendering skills from industry experts

• Reading plans and understanding job specifications

• Health and safety procedures

• Teamwork and time management

You’ll also complete a formal qualification in Rendering or Plastering through a registered training provider.

• Enthusiastic and willing to learn

• Must have driver's license and reliable car

• Good attention to detail

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors

• Punctual and reliable

• No experience necessary – just the right attitude!

• Gain a nationally recognized qualification
