What you'll contribute to

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our National Marketing division in a Max Term role until 15th May 2026.

This position is part of the National Marketing Division, which oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of all national advertising and customer relationship management initiatives, aiming to establish Toyota as the preferred brand for customers throughout the entire product lifecycle and beyond.

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the implementation of systems, processes, and procedures that drive digital marketing strategies, while also promoting the growth and effectiveness of Toyota's loyalty platform, including rewards and partnership management.

This role is in Port Melbourne, with flexible work arrangements on offer.

How you'll make an impact

• Support the full rewards process for Toyota's new Loyalty Platform - Assist with sourcing and working with partners, setting up exciting reward offers, promoting them to customers, and tracking performance.
• Business Development: Help identify, acquire and manage key reward partners to offer valuable and relevant perks that strengthen customer engagement and build brand loyalty.
• Work closely with business partners and internal teams to develop and present updates on different phases of the new Loyalty Program and related initiatives.
• Work with agency partners and customer support teams to help run campaigns smoothly, improve results, and make sure customers have a great experience.
• Manage and maintain reporting systems to deliver accurate and timely data, supporting detailed analysis of the new platform for planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Manage any other Business As Usual (BAU) activities as and when required.

Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you!

• Marketing degree or equivalent experience working in corporate environment.
• This role would suit a candidate looking to gain more experience in the digital marketing space.
• Some exposure to project management and digital marketing is beneficial.
• Basic understanding of the automotive industry and customer experience is helpful but not essential.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams and contribute to solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and a focus on customer service.
• Experience in an Agile work environment is a bonus.
