MSS Security is looking for a dedicated and professional Concierge Security Officer to join our team as a Full Time Reliever at a Data Centre located in the CBD. This crucial role combines high-level security management with exceptional customer service, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to security and client interaction.

The position offers a Level 4 pay rate of $28.02 per hour, plus super and shift penalties where applicable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage security systems, including CCTV and alarm monitoring.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients, and visitors with a friendly and professional approach.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches, following MSS Security's Standard Operating Procedures.
• Prepare clear and concise reports detailing incidents and security-related activities.
• Multitask effectively, balancing security duties with customer-facing responsibilities, and prioritising tasks based on urgency.
• Maintain professional email communication with clients and staff, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Prior experience using Gallagher is highly desirable
• Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to send clear, professional emails.
• A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Proven experience in a security or concierge role, ideally in a corporate or data centre environment.

Requirements:

• Full Australian Working Rights.
• Valid Victorian Security Licence .
• Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher).
• Valid Victorian drivers licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Flexibility to work up to 12-hour rotational shifts, primarily weekdays (Monday to Friday).
